"I had a terrible experience at Laundry Express Laundromat and will not be returning. This was my first time using their wash-and-fold service. When I dropped off my clothes, I specifically told the attendant, Isi, that I did NOT want certain items dried. She didn’t write anything down, which already felt off, but I assumed there was some kind of process in place. When I came back the next day, one of my expensive hoodies, the one I clearly asked NOT to be dried—had been put in the dryer and was ruined. The manager, Jimmy, took zero accountability. Instead, he blamed me and said I should’ve separated the clothing myself. That makes no sense why offer a service if customer instructions are going to be ignored? He also claimed they “know which fabrics to dry,” completely dismissing the specific request I made. He even pulled up the security footage to prove his point. The video showed me picking up the items I mentioned, but he said he “couldn’t hear” what I was saying yet still used that as justification to deny responsibility. I had to repeatedly ask for the owner’s contact information, and he initially refused, saying they wouldn’t answer. He only gave it to me after I kept pushing. Yes, I was given a small discount—but that doesn’t fix ruined clothing or the lack of professionalism. This whole situation was handled poorly from start to finish. If you value your clothes and expect basic customer service, I would strongly suggest going elsewhere."

"I have been visiting this place from the moment they opened, I loved the cleanliness and the amount of machines they have. But lately it is impossible to wash since they have too much wash and folded and they use all the machines and they don't take it out until they decide it so you have to wait a long time .. I get is part of their business but like I mentioned it's just a part..."

"This place is big and has many washing machines, but the girls who work there in the morning, give the worst service in the world, they fill all the washing machines and until the last one they use is finished, they don't empty it and you have to wait, when someone asks to please take out their clothes, they answer rudely"

"They are great I have spent Hundreds of dollars on wash & fold.They have never made a mistake until the other day when they lost my robe . I confronted the owner respectfully about the situation and he told me that they reweigh everything and that I was wrong. After patronizing his establishment for at least 4 years. How do you misplace a bathrobe? The belt to the robe was in the bag, but no robe. I believe I should be compensated for my loss. I will never go back again. Don’t get me wrong the young ladies that work there are great, but the owner shows very little compassion for good paying customers."
